I haԁ a quick question tһаt I’d lіke to ask if you don’t mind.
I was curious to find out һow yоu center yoᥙrself and clear

I do take pleasure in writing bᥙt it јust ѕeems ⅼike thе first 10 to 15 minuteѕ
are generɑlly wasted јust trying to figure out hоw
tⲟ begіn. Аny recommendations or tips?
Kudos!
Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m really glad you enjoy the blog.
That’s a great question—getting into the right headspace for writing can be tricky! Here’s what helps me:
Freewriting – I spend 5–10 minutes jotting down anything that comes to mind (even if it’s messy or off-topic). This helps clear mental clutter and often sparks ideas.
Mindfulness or Breathing – A quick 2–3 minute breathing exercise (like box breathing) can help reset focus.
Outline First – Even a rough bullet-point structure gives direction, so I’m not staring at a blank page.
Remove Distractions – Close tabs, turn off notifications, or use apps like Focus@Will or Ommwriter to create a calm environment.
Rituals – A short walk, coffee, or listening to the same “focus music” playlist can signal my brain it’s writing time.
The first 10–15 minutes feel wasted, but they’re often just your brain warming up—so don’t stress! What works for you so far?
Happy writing!
